What is MoneyVenture?

MoneyVenture is a free, gamified financial literacy web app. It includes 138 lessons across 9 levels, quizzes, badges, XP, streaks, career exploration, and tools — designed to make money topics feel like an adventure instead of homework.

Who is MoneyVenture for?

MoneyVenture is for teens, students, and anyone who wants to learn budgeting, saving, banking, investing, taxes, and everyday money decisions. Parents, teachers, and lifelong learners use it too.

Is MoneyVenture free?

Yes. The educational content is free to use. You sign in with Google so your progress saves — there is no paid subscription for lessons or quizzes.

Do I need to sign in?

Level 1 is open without signing in so you can explore first. For Levels 2–9, your dashboard, careers, and cloud progress sync, sign in with Google — still completely free.

What topics does MoneyVenture cover?

Topics include allowances and earning, smart spending, budgeting, banking, credit, investing basics, advanced finance, careers in finance, taxes, insurance, and real-world life skills — 138 lessons in total.

Is MoneyVenture financial advice?

No. MoneyVenture is for education and entertainment only. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Talk with a parent, guardian, or qualified professional before making real money decisions.

Can teachers or schools use MoneyVenture?

Yes. Teachers and clubs can share the site with students for personal finance units, DECA/FBLA prep, or independent learning. Contact us for feedback or partnership ideas.

Who built MoneyVenture?

MoneyVenture was created by Tanvi Bhattad, a Computer Science student at Texas A&M University. See the About page for more on the project and mission.

How do I get help or send feedback?
